The Commission Process:
1. Initial Inquiry
Begin by reaching out via email at info@onemindlab.com with a brief description of your project, including:
Preferred dimensions
Budget range
Inspiration or ideas (if applicable)
Photos of the space (recommended)
2. Creative Consultation
We'll discuss your project, explore the direction of the artwork, and define the scale, palette, and overall vision.
3. Commission Agreement
Once the concept is approved, you'll receive a commission agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and terms.
4. Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your commission and allows work to begin.
5. Studio Process
As your painting develops, you'll receive selected progress updates, allowing you to follow the journey from concept to completion.
6. Completion & Delivery
When the artwork is complete, the remaining balance plus shipping is due. Your painting is then professionally packaged and shipped to its new home.

How is payment handled?

Because every commission is created specifically for an individual collector, commissioned works are final sale.

Each commission is unique. Timelines depend on the scale of the artwork and current studio schedule, and will be discussed before the project begins.
